Tyler Lockett 2019 Fantasy Outlook

#20 WR Tyler Lockett 2019 Fantasy Outlook

Tyler Lockett (Seahawks)

5'10, 182 lbs

Lockett had a breakout Fantasy season with 57 receptions for 965 yards and 10 TDs. This is what drives the Tyler Lockett 2019 Fantasy Outlook. He did that on only 70 targets, which translates to an 81.4 percent catch rate. Throw in the 10 TD's and it was a nice coming out party.

Longtime Seahawks receiver Doug Baldwin retired a now Lockett is the team #1 receiver. Seattle has turned into a running offense but with Russell Wilson points will come in the passing game too. Last season Wilson had a perfect passer rating of 158.3 when targeting Lockett.

10 TDs might be hard to match but he's going to get a huge boost in targets. Lockett is a playmaker, who can run after the catch, and is a threat every time he touches the ball. If Wilson gives him enough looks, he is a solid bet for an uptick in receiving yardage.

Being the number one receiver with Russell Wilson throwing the ball makes enough of a case for Lockett. After a strong showing last year, he's a solid fantasy WR2 with some upside.
