James White 2019 Fantasy Outlook

# 27 James White 2019 Fantasy Outlook

James White (Patriots)

5'10, 205 lbs

James White was a league winner last fantasy season. He was drafted really late and provided great value with a career year. White only had 425 yards rushing with 5 TD's but that's not where he excels. White filled the stat sheet in the passing game as he caught a whopping 87 balls for 751 yards and 7 TD's.

With the Patriots Rob Gronkowski hanging up his cleats, White should once again dominate the short and intermediate passing game. While Brady may not still have the deep ball he once did, those short passes are still prime for White to fill up the stat sheet once again.

If your league is PPR or offers partial points per reception White should be moved up in your rankings accordingly. If your league uses standard scoring, owners will gladly take another 1200 total yards and 12 TD's. He won't come at quite the discount he did last season, he's still being drafted a little too late for my taste and still offers value.
